Low and accessible

Place a few carefully chosen activities on low, open shelves. When children can reach what they need without help, they are free to choose and repeat.

Real tools, real work

Offer real, child-sized tools — a small broom, a pouring jug, a cloth. Real work builds real confidence.

Less is more

A few beautiful, ordered things are better than many. Rotation keeps interest alive and the environment manageable.
